Moreover, on how she was able to build Twins Couture to a unique brand that it is today in the fashion industry, she joyfully said “I am an advocate of testing the waters with one finger. I have always turned around my business from nothing. I have never done any business with any loan or set of fund. I think the largest amount has been £250 and that particular business earned me so much as well as took me to the highest level of that company I did the business with”. Nwamaka never hides her Nigerian and Ibo roots in the United Kingdom, anytime and any day you can always see her display her Nigerian attire. She is one Nigerian lady that is incomplete without displaying her proud Nigerian attire!

The CEO of Twins Couture says her success story will be seeing her clients wear the couture’s fabrics proudly, looking dapper and always happy for the value they get from consulting her. Nwamaka wakes up every day with the thought of taking Twins Couture brand to be a brand everyone will always long to associate with. Though she said her entrepreneurial journey has not been a smooth ride all the way. “Definitely there will always be challenges, but I always find a way out of it. My life has always been navigated by God and He helps me through it. Right now we are facing the high exchange rate issue which is making business a bit slow. However, God has been faithful” she said.

Concluding she has an advice for young entrepreneurs, “I always tell everyone to start small, make your mistakes, learn and grow from it. Always follow your passion. Don’t start any business because you think someone else is making it. Don’t wait for when your entire village contributes for you before you can start something. God asked Moses what was in his hand. Look around you and you will find that staff that will part your Red Sea and bring you to the place of honour. Be consistent even if it’s not working out fine and you have a passion for it, keep on!  Be enlightened and read up on how to improve yourself. Try to add your own twist and flavor to your business. And for ladies be that proverb 31 woman. Without total dependence on God, we can’t have good success” she advised.
when it comes to looking good for that occassion, count on Twins Couture to supply you that perfect fabrics
