The business of jewelry designing is one industry in Nigeria that is majorly dominated by the women folk but in Lagos, Nigeria, there is a young, purposeful and savvy, Gbenga Dada, this young man has been making excellent statements in the world of jewelery designing with ingenuity pieces that has set his works apart from the crowd.
Gbenga Dada is the Chief Executive Officer of Artsmith Collections, an 

accessory brand dedicated to crafting beautiful jewelery for both men and women, young and old. Artsmith boasts of diverse appealing beautiful creations in its collections in Lagos, Nigeria and has become one of the jewelry firms that anyone who appreciates style, fashion and creativity will consult for that special occasions and events! 

The young CEO of Artsmith Collections, Gbenga Dada is a graduate of Philosophy from University of Ado-Ekiti but who has found his passion in making great statements with beaded jewelery for weddings and special events. Speaking on his voyage into the world of entrepreneur, the young man said he started in 2008 with little capital and the first set of beads he had was given to him by a mentor. But today that little beginning and the gift, has transmuted to a big business empire that everyone in jewelery industry talks about. Today, he has been consulted on jewelry creations by eminent personalities  like Hon. Abike  Dabiri, Iretiola Doyle, Chief (Mrs) Nike Okundaye Davies, Chief (Mrs) Oprah Benson, Tosin Bucknor just to mention but a few.


Besides being a jewelry designer, Gbenga Dada is an uncommon fashion stylist, a creative writer and bridal consultant. Before his foray into entrepreneur full time, at various periods, he worked with Morsi PR and Olisa TV as fashion journalist. Recently his contributions to jewelry industry was recognized by Glam and Essence Style Awards where he was awarded the “Jewelry Designer of the Year 2015”. He is a committed member of the Fashion Designers’ Association of Nigeria (FADAN) and he is committed to revolutionizing the practice of jewelry making in Nigeria.
